Review 1: Jealous Guy, by John Lennon

Listen to the song and choose the option you hear. Example: I was dreaming/dreamed of the past... you rewrite the song in paper with the correct options. You can see the video as many times as necessary to get the answers.

I was dreaming/dreamed of the past
And my heart beat/was beating fast
I was beginning/began to lose control
I was beginning/began to lose control
I didn't mean/wasn't meaning to hurt you
I'm sorry that I was making/made you cry
Oh no, I didn't want/wasn't wanting to hurt you
I'm just a jealous guy
I was feeling/felt insecure
You might not love me anymore
I was shivering/shivered inside

I didn't mean/wasn't meaning to hurt you
I'm sorry that I made/was making you cry
Oh no, I didn't want/wasn't wanting to hurt you
I'm just a jealous guy
I didn't mean/wasn't meaning to hurt you
I'm sorry that I made/was making you cry
Oh no, I didn't want/wasn't meaning to hurt you
I'm just a jealous guy
I was trying/tried to catch your eyes
Was thinking/Thought that you tried/was trying to hide
I was swallowing/swallowed my pain

Write a description of the family you like the most. Compare the characters, for example: Jack is taller that John, Mom is a little taller than John. Dad is much taller than the others. John is not as old and Jack. John is the youngest. You can also compare two families if you think you will get more information. (PARAGRAPH, 12-15 lines, not sentences!)

THE GRIFFINS

Lois (mom), Peter (dad), Meg (daughter), Chris (son), Stewie (baby) and Brian (dog)

THE MUNSTERS

Lilly (mom), Herman (dad), Grandpa, Eddie (son) and Marylin (niece)

Jack (son), Sharon (mother), Ozzy (father) and Kelly (daughter)
The Simpsons
Homer (father), Marge (mother), Lisa (oldest daughter), Bart (son), Maggie (youngest daughter)

Review 1: How does he look? How does she look like?

Look at the following photographs of prdinary people. Choose one and describe it. Use He/She looks..., He/She looks like... Example: He looks handsome, very kind and hard-working. He looks like a business man. Write a PARAGRAPH (8-10 lines, not sentences!) If you need any word you will find a good online bilingual dictionary to help you.
